Hands down, the best experience in dining this side of the Mason-Dixon line. If you live in Baldwin County or are here on vacation, it will be worth your time and money to enjoy family time here. Generous portions, great flavor, great staff, we loved it; and will be returning.
Highly recommend Ichiban in Foley. Our server was excellent. She was prompt in bringing out menus and taking our order. We ordered 6 rolls and she had them out in 15-20 minutes which is fast for that many rolls. The sushi was excellent and beautifully presented. She kept our drinks filled and checked on us multiple times. We will definitely go back.
I love Ichiban so much I've been coming here at least two-three times a month and the staff is always so friendly and they have the best and highest quality fried rice and sushi I've ever had. The sashimi is so THICK and fresh I 10000/10 recommend Ichiban!!
We love this place! It's a little bit of a drive, but we come when we can. It's probably the best Hibachi place I have ate at. The chefs are fun! The lunch prices are nice so you can bring the entire family.
I went to Foley for business and happened to see an Ichiban ad sign in Loxley, AL 10 miles up the road while driving in. I decided to try it when I got to Foley. The sashimi cuts were plentiful and thick. The spicy tuna roll that came with the meal was better than many others I have tried. The fish was very fresh! The miso soup was served piping hot and was delicious. The nigiri scallops were melt-in-your- mouth good! My server was pleasant and attentive. This place is at the end of a small strip center and looks a bit, well, like another "strip center restaurant" that might be easily dismissed by the discriminating sushi customer. Don't do that! If I lived in Foley, I would be there three times a week or more! Outstanding sushi and very reasonable pricing! Go there, you will love it!!

oh, my , word. This was probably the absolute BEST food, service/show, the funniest hibachi chef , I have ever witnesssed. I will definitely come again. This restaraunt DESERVES 11 stars out of 5
